How many homes
+We build up to 100 homes per year. This does fluctuate annually but at this volume we can maintain a strong level of involvement by both the builder and the supervisor for each project.
Do you build in Gippsland
+Yes we do. The further away from our base in Pakenham, the more expensive travelling costs may become. To give an example, our travelling cost surcharge to Warragul is $3,500 and to Traralgon is $5,500.
